WATERJET CUTTING

We specialize in cutting non ferrous metals.  All stainless steels and aluminium.  Compared with traditional profiling methods, there are many advantages to using waterjet cutting technology. Virtually any material can be cut, from 1mm to 40mm thickness. There's no heat in the process, so there is no distortion of the material. Clean and highly accurate cuts reduce the need for additional machining.  We have a maximum cutting area of 1.5m x 3m.

CNC MACHINING

Offering comprehensive milling and turning services to produce high-precision components, we regularly work with +0.005 tolerances in our in-house CNC machining shop.
We are experts at working with special materials like duplex stainless steels, 316 stainless, 304 stainless, PB1 and PB2 phosphor bronze.
With our auto saw, two precision CNC lathes, two vertical machining centres and two Prototrak machines, we can produce precision components efficiently and at a very high standard. Using our rigorous quality assurance system, we can provide full traceability.

FABRICATION

With a wealth of experience in high quality welding and fabrication, many of our fabricated products can be found on Super Yachts around the world.
Specialising in stainless steel and aluminium welding (both MIG & TIG), our experts can work with you, from conception to completion, on any major project.
We regularly design & fabricate custom stainless & mild steel reservoirs and framework for other power unit builders and OEM’S.
Using our experience and in-house 3D design team, reservoirs of the highest standard are made to suit every application.
